Level: This is an intermediate bookbinding method. All skill levels are welcome to participate - from beginner to advanced. Taught by local artist Jo Thul.

Cost: $30 per person - check or cash - drop off at the gallery in advance or on the day of the workshop. Tools and some materials are provided, but please refer to the list below and make sure to bring the noted materials.

Materials: Please bring a pad of 9"x12" paper of your choice (at least 20 sheets). It can be any type of paper, just ensure the sizing. You will also need to bring decorative paper for the front/back of your book. A sheet of 12"x12" scrapbook paper will work great!

IMPORTANT: This workshop is in our lower-level multi-purpose room. The back entrance has fewer stairs than the front/main entrance. The lower back door will be open for easy access (under the staircase).

Thanks for submitting!

Art Journal Club

Jo Thul created this club (which meets every other month) for those who love art journaling - and for those who are interested in getting started. All skill levels are welcome. Instructor Jo Thul (pictured) provides a guided 'journal spread' project at each club meeting to help fill your journal with things that make you happy!

The next meeting will be on December 14th from 1pm to 3pm in the lower level. The lower back door will be open (under the back staircase) -  which has fewer steps than the front/main entrance. Bring your journal/sketchbook, scissors and/or x-acto blade, glue stick, pens/pencils, and coloring materials of choice. We provide additional materials as needed.

SPACE IS LIMITED - please call, email, or reply in the Art Journal Club Facebook group to confirm you will be attending. Thank you!
